Québec : l’arrangement de reconnaissance mutuelle (ARM)
L’arrangement de reconnaissance mutuelle (ARM) des qualifications professionnelles a été signé le 30 juin 2010 entre le Québec et la France. Objectif : faciliter et accompagner les migrations, dans un sens ou dans l’autre, des professionnels de santé, sans considération de leur nationalité.
Dix professions de santé sont concernées par ce dispositif et régies par un texte d’ARM spécifique :

Vous détenez un titre de formation français et vous souhaitez exercer au Québec une profession régie par un ARM ?
Trois étapes à retenir :
informez-vous sur les conditions d’obtention d’une autorisation d’exercice auprès de l’organisme de règlementation québécois ;
consultez le texte de l’ARM régissant votre profession puis adressez-vous à l’organisme de réglementation correspondant. Exemple : si vous êtes opticien-lunetier, adressez-vous à l’ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec ;
renseignez-vous sur les procédures d’immigration et les démarches d’intégration au Québec.
Vous détenez un titre de formation du Québec et souhaitez exercer en France une profession régie par un ARM ?
informez-vous auprès de l’office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration.
